Last Friday, it was Red Nose Day at Woodland. The School Council and Play Leaders organised a fun morning full of games and activities for the children in school. We started off the morning with a dance using our decorated red maracas, next we had a maraca Mexican wave race which was really good fun! The children then went off to all of the different stalls, these included a red food stall, guess how many red sweets in the jar, pin the red nose on the teacher and name the rabbit. On the playground we had target practice and a red nose treasure hunt. We had an exciting morning and we raised fantastic £169.16 for the charity.
